We are currently accepting vendor applications for the inaugural Fall FEASTival to be held downtown St. Johns on September 21st from 11am-7pm.

We have 100 vendor spaces available.

Exhibitor fee is $50 and includes a 20' x 10' display area.

Standard 110v electrical is available for $10 extra.

Due to the late 2019 planting season, we are offering a $25 reduced rate for all local crop farmers. (Available only for crop-producing exhibitors).

Please read and make sure you meet the following criteria before submitting your application:

*You MUST be a Michigan-Made independent food producer.


*We are only accepting applications from local farms & food producers/manufacturers, and unique food trucks.


If your application is accepted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your non-refundable booth fee payment.

Payments must be received by August 31st, 2019 to secure your booth space.

Please read and make sure you meet the following criteria before submitting your application:

*You MUST be a Michigan-Made independent business owner.

(No third-party sales groups for corporation products ie: (LuLaRoe, Thrive, Plexus, It Works, Young Living Oils, etc.)

*We are currently looking for local farms & food producers/manufacturers,

wellness/healthcare/fitness businesses, unique food trucks, and artisans of natural self-care products (soaps, salves, balms, etc.). Your Michigan business must be of a food, health, natural wellness, or self-care nature.

The next EHEL Festival will take place May 11th, 2019.

* There is no charge for your booth space.

Instead, you are required to attend a mandatory 2pm exhibitor meeting on April 14th, 2019. This meeting is important because you will receive festival information, and all questions about set-up/tear down will be answered at this meeting. It is also an opportunity to network with the other exhibitors and perhaps collaborate products & services. All of the meeting information will be emailed to you if your application is accepted.

Please make sure you or a representative of your business can attend the meeting before submitting your application.
